This Freelancer & Hirer Agreement outlines the terms between users of the platform, including freelancers (service providers) and hirers (clients).
- Platform Role
TaskKart acts as an intermediary platform connecting freelancers and hirers. TaskKart does not directly provide any services and is not responsible for the outcome, quality, or delivery of any work. - Freelancer Responsibilities
Freelancers agree to:
- Provide accurate service descriptions
- Deliver work within agreed timelines
- Maintain professionalism and quality
- Communicate clearly with clients
Failure to meet these standards may result in account suspension.
- Hirer Responsibilities
Hirers agree to:
- Provide clear project requirements
- Make timely payments
- Communicate respectfully with freelancers
Hirers must review freelancer profiles and services before hiring.
- Payments
All payments must be made through TaskKart. Direct payments outside the platform are discouraged and not protected.
TaskKart may charge a commission on transactions.
- Order Completion
An order is considered complete when:
- The freelancer delivers the service, and
- The hirer accepts the work
Once completed, payments may not be refundable.
- Disputes
In case of disputes:
- Both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue mutually
- TaskKart may review and assist in resolution
Final decisions will follow platform policies.
- Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before work begins. Once work has started, cancellation requires mutual agreement. - Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Engage in fraud or scams
- Share false information
- Abuse or harass other users
Violation may result in permanent account suspension.
- Limitation of Liability
TaskKart is not liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from freelancer services. - Contact
